- On-site activity such as clicks, scrolling, and searches

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what it was collected for, unless you give us permission to do so (for example, opting in to a mailing list).
- Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our website host and analytics providers – Our host, TPSL, who process data to run and analyse the site
- Google, via Google Fonts and Google Analytics (if used), to display fonts correctly and measure site traffic
- Hubspot, our CRM partner
- Government agencies, police, or fraud-prevention partners, only where required or permitted by law, or to investigate or prevent fraud – never for their marketing purposes
- Other service providers who support our operations under contracts that require them to keep your data secure and confidential
All third parties are contractually required to only use your data for the purposes we specify.
- International transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g. Google, and our hosting/CRM providers) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
- Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help our site function and let us understand how it’s used.
We use cookies to:
- Remember your preferences and session details
- Understand site traffic and visitor behaviour (analytics cookies)
You can control cookies through your browser settings, or via the cookie banner on our site, which lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting cookies won’t prevent you from browsing the site, though some features may not work as intended.
Google Analytics
If enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand visitor volumes and behaviour so we can improve our content. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
How we use HubSpot
We use HubSpot, Inc. to run our website and manage customer relationships. When you complete a form on this site, the details you give us (name, email, phone number, sector and message) are stored in HubSpot so our team can respond to your enquiry. If you agree to receive marketing emails, we send them through HubSpot, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
HubSpot also sets cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. You can control these through our cookie banner; see our Cookies Policy for details.
HubSpot acts as our data processor and stores this data in the EU. You can read HubSpot's privacy policy at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:
- Enquiry and lead data: 24 months after last contact
- Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
- Client/contract data: 6 years from the date the contract expires or is terminated
- Data security
Personal data is kept secure, with access limited to authorised employees, agents, and contractors who are contractually bound to keep it confidential. We do not store any card or payment details on our own servers.
