We build the service around your project, from design and budget through to installation and refresh. On completion, our team removes all packaging, disposes of old items responsibly and leaves the property clean and ready to let. We keep clients, site teams and residents informed at every stage.
Our installers are based across the UK, so there is always a local fitter available mid-tenancy or at change of tenancy. In central London, our large installation team handles requirements of any size.
Aftersales support is part of the service. Replacements are delivered or installed quickly, so your homes stay in the condition residents expect and want to stay in for the long term.
Purpose Built Student Accommodation
We supply and install blinds and curtains across PBSA schemes, from individual bedrooms and studios to communal lounges, study spaces and reception areas. Blackout blinds give students the sleep and privacy they need, and every fabric is flame retardant and built to withstand high turnover and year-on-year occupancy. We install at volume to fixed programmes, whether that's a new-build handover or a summer refurbishment that has to be finished before students arrive in September. Our team has fitted for operators including A2 Dominion, delivering complete buildings on time and ready for intake.
