Urban Build to Rent 

 MINT supplies and installs curtains and blinds for urban and suburban Build to Rent schemes across the UK. Our work includes schemes for Vertus and Greystar, multiple Enclave developments for Outpost Management and Edenwood for Tonik. We have worked in BTR since the sector's early days, and our product range and service are built around what operators need: window dressings that look right at launch, stand up to years of tenancies and stay cost-effective over the life of the building. 

From specification to installation

We handle the full process: enquiry, specification, manufacture and installation. Window dressings are one of the last trades on site before handover, so we work to your programme and fit apartment by apartment to hit your launch date.

Built for long-term lets

Residents stay longer in homes that feel finished. We specify fabrics and systems for privacy, light control and durability, so each apartment is ready to live in from day one and holds its standard through every change of tenancy.

Aftercare and replenishments

Our service continues after launch. We supply or fit replacement curtains and blinds for as long as your building is operating, during a tenancy or between lets. Our UK-wide network of installers means a local fitter is available wherever your scheme is.
