Our brochures and binder are designed to reflect the quality of the house builder’s own literature. The lifestyle images give design ideas, and our fabric shots are a good representation of the fabrics. The binder includes sample cards with feeler samples so buyers can appreciate the colour, quality and texture of every fabric in the collection.

The implementation is easy as our show suite pack includes a pre-priced product summary for each house type on your development. For your staff there is no measuring, no price matrix and no worrying about the technical details. The order form just records the buyer’s fabric choices for each room.

Our literature includes frequently asked questions for the builder and the buyers, order forms and a sample order form if take-away fabric cuttings are required.

We provide staff training for the sales team which is delivered at sales meetings or on site.

The process of supply is straight forward with detailed guidelines to support both sales staff and customers at every stage. In addition to phone and email support we also have a weekend help line should your buyers require quick answers to their questions.

Every property is individually measured for accuracy by one of our installation team before we go into production, and all orders are managed at every stage for great results.

Our network of fitters covers the whole of the UK which means quick response times and reduced costs as fitters are locally based. We have three health and safety accreditations (CHAS SMAS and HSAS) and our on-site teams are all CSCS card holders.

In summary

Although we are a commercial supplier our history includes considerable retail experience. We therefore understand your customer’s needs, expectations and how to best to deliver them. We are specialists in supplying to the housebuilder industry,  not a shop or on-line curtain retailer.
